As VP New Customer Sales, you will be responsible for our new customer intake and sales growth through developing our international sales teams and their sales managers in 6 countries. You will also develop EcoOnline’s strategic sales plans, sales processes, sales methodology, sales roles, and sales culture based to reach company goals. The VP New Customer Sales has a firm understanding of B2B customer sales, market and industry dynamics as well as efficient cooperation with other key functions such as marketing and product.
The VP New Customer Sales will be expected to hire, train and develop talents, and to support/mentoring our sales team in all countries. She/he needs to have proven track records from equivalent roles.
