Vice President New Customers

As VP New Customer Sales, you will be responsible for our new customer intake and sales growth through developing our international sales teams and their sales managers in 6 countries.

About the position

As VP New Customer Sales, you will be responsible for our new customer intake and sales growth through developing our international sales teams and their sales managers in 6 countries. You will also develop EcoOnline’s strategic sales plans, sales processes, sales methodology, sales roles, and sales culture based to reach company goals. The VP New Customer Sales has a firm understanding of B2B customer sales, market and industry dynamics as well as efficient cooperation with other key functions such as marketing and product.

The VP New Customer Sales will be expected to hire, train and develop talents, and to support/mentoring our sales team in all countries. She/he needs to have proven track records from equivalent roles.

Main responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales teams in 6 countries
  • Develop and support sales managers in each country
  • Develop a winning sales organization, roles and culture
  • Recruiting and talent management
  • Define and develop efficient and effective sales tactics, processes and methodology
  • Develop annual sales plan and forecast in support of strategy and objectives
  • Implementation and execution of sales plans, policies, and practice cross-border
  • Close cooperation with Marketing, Product and Customer Success
    • Highlighting relevant and attractive customer cases
    • Active in pricing and packaging forums
    • Providing relevant product development input
    • Securing successful handover to customer success

Required experience and skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience from equivalent role and more than 10 years of experience from b2b sales in general
  • Four-year undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Hands-on leader with excellent coaching skills and demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams
  • Performance driven with a strong track record of successful growth
  • Positive and energetic leader with a strong sense of urgency to create a sustainable winning culture
  • Ability to interact with all employee levels, including senior management
  • Strong time management and organizational skills resulting in efficient completion of all assigned tasks
  • Polished written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Highly developed influencing, negotiation, and collaboration-building skills.
  • Hands-on knowledge of sales planning, implementation and experience in multiple channels of distribution.
  • Strong record of hiring, managing and promoting top performers.
  • Ability to hold each leader accountable for specific plans and coaches each team member to drive talent throughout the organization.
  • Strong plus is experience from b2b SaaS or Software sales
