International product marketing B2B - SaaS

The position as Vice President Product & Marketing is new and is a merger of existing sub teams.

About the position

You will be overall responsible for ensuring that EcoOnline is developing and marketing products that existing and potential customers need, use and would like to invest in. You will lead and develop a team of more than 20 capable people in different countries. Some examples of key tasks ahead in this role is to improve lead generation and nurturing through best in class digital marketing, refine the product management process and build stronger commercialization and monetization know-how and processes.

As VP Product & Marketing, you will work closely together with the rest of the management team to develop the company towards our vision and targets. You will report to the CEO and be a part of the management team. The position can be located in Oslo or Tønsberg, travel to EcoOnline’s other offices and markets need to be considered.

Responsibilities

As VP Product & Marketing you will have a broad interface with other departments, especially Sales, R&D and Customer Success. You will with your team have the overall responsibility for all product & marketing activities and personnel in the company, including;

  • EcoOnline’s international marketing, product and pricing strategy
  • Define product requirements according to customer demands and industry development
  • Define and follow up product road map together with R&D
  • Project lead new product development
  • Refine value proposition and unique selling points for our products/services
  • Develop our pricing model
  • Brand management and product marketing management
  • Digital marketing and customer events, seminars, webinars
  • Lead generation and conversion to sales, with own target KPIs
  • In cooperation with Sales and Customer Success, refine customer segmentation & insights

Requirements and personal qualities

  • Strong leadership skills
  • 7 -15 years of relevant experience within product management & digital marketing
  • Preferably background from B2B SaaS company
  • Business mindset, customer orientation and understanding of software industry
  • Higher education
  • International background and fluency in English
  • Structured, ability to prioritize and establish good processes
